Programs
Beneficiaries Develoment and Coordination Division (BDCD) has three major program components namely: Social Infrastructure and Local Capability Building (SILCAB), Sustainable Agriculture and Rural Enterprise Development (SARED), and Access Facilitation and Access Enhancement.
SILCAB
Social Infrastructure and Local Capability Building - This focuses on the organization and strengthening of ARB groups to develop them into pro-active partners in rural development. One of its major activities is the development of Agrarian Reform Community (ARC) Cluster.
SARED
Sustainable Area-based Rural Enterprise Development - This promotes agri-business within and outside the ARCs through a market-based, demand driven production system alongside with food security increase in agricultural production and income and eventually the improvement of the quality of life of the farmers.
